Does anyone know if it's possible to fix this without replacing the tub? The surface is cracked and parts of it has chipped off. Thanks.

I'd acid etch and then after cleaning it and neutralizing the acid I'd fill with White epoxy.

No white epoxy use DRY Powder titanium Dioxide pigment - - never oil base pigments in any epoxy unless it was formulated for epoxy. Artist supply pigments with oil 'em are made from linseed oil and it won't ever work in epoxy..
